Refund Policy

Effective May 12, 2026

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid Wynkin plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@wynkin.comwithin 7 days of your purchase with the subject line “Refund Request” and your account email address.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

We do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after the 7-day money-back window has passed. If you cancel a monthly plan on day 10 of a 30-day cycle, your access remains active for the remaining 20 days and no refund is issued.

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion. Contact support to discuss your situation.

Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If you purchased a pack and have not used any credits, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

Credits that come with a subscription reset each billing cycle and have no cash value. Unused subscription credits are forfeited on cancellation and cannot be refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests outside the above windows on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances we consider include:

  • A technical fault on our end prevented you from using the Service.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge).
  • A documented medical or family emergency.

We do not guarantee refunds outside the standard 7-day window but will always try to find a fair resolution.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@wynkin.com with subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
