Terms of Service

By creating a Wynkin account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. Wynkin provides an AI-assisted children’s storytelling platform (“Service”) operated by Wynkin Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. Wynkin is designed for children ages 4–8 to use under adult supervision. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian responsible for any child who uses the Service through your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Wynkin offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (“Starter” and “Family”) billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.

• Credits (“chapters”) are consumed each time a story beat is generated.
• Monthly subscription credits reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Additional credit packs may be purchased at any time.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Stories, illustrations, and narration on Wynkin are generated by artificial intelligence, including third-party AI services. While we apply content filters designed for a family-safe experience, AI outputs may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect. We continuously improve our filtering and moderation.

AI-generated content is created fresh for each session and is not pre-reviewed by a human before delivery. If you encounter content that seems inappropriate, please contact us immediately at support@wynkin.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content or data from the Service.
• Circumvent any parental controls, spending limits, or content filters.
• Share your account credentials with others outside your household.
• Use automated tools to generate stories at scale.

The Wynkin name, logo, platform software, and curated content (story worlds, characters, illustration styles) are owned by or licensed to Wynkin Inc. All rights reserved.

AI-generated stories created during your sessions are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without our written consent.

Wynkin is committed to children’s privacy. Accounts are held by adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Story sessions are associated with the parent account, not a separate child profile containing personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will meet any particular standard. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wynkin Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
